今日は、鮨日向様の積算とお見積もりです。
以前も、少し触れましたが、上階からの水漏れ被害にあい天井・壁・床（木部）がダメージを受けてしまいました。上階はサロンで水もたくさん使っているようです。
上階の方が保険のようなものを入っていると良いのですが、まだわかりません。天井裏に水が漏れていましたが幸いにも、各所のダウンライト部分から全て水が抜けたため、天井が落ちずに済みました。ダウンライトがなければ、どこかに水が溜まり天井のﾎﾞｰﾄﾞが落ちていたかも知れません。
その代わり、80個以上あるダウンライトの数個は使えなくなっていました。本当に災難です。
速やかに工事を進めるべく、手配や段取りをしていますのでもう少しだけ辛抱してください。
もう一つ、マレーシア特有の現象ですがエアコンの吹き出し口によく見られる結露です。これが厄介で、なぜか天井が常に湿ってるとかカビが生えてくるとかたまにあるかと思いますが、店舗に付いているエアコンの吹き出口をダクトで数箇所に振り分けているところは、要注意です。
天井裏でダクトのつなぎ目に隙間が出来ると、そこから冷たい風が出てその部分が結露してしまい天井裏でポタポタ水滴が永遠と垂れてしまいます。下から見て原因不明のしみが天井にあった場合確認してみてください。
通常の吹き出口は、仕方ありませんのでこまめにふき取ってください。
