先日、ジョホールバルにあるコンドミニアムのリノベーションのご依頼があり打ち合わせをさせて頂きました。貴重なお時間ありがとうございました。
購入されたコンドは、まだ完成しておりませんが予定では今年の8月くらいとの事ででしたが、お施主様もご存知のようで、おそらく来年になるだろうと踏んでおりました。
完成直後の部屋は基本、何もないただのお部屋と言う感じですがそれをリノベーションすることにより、何倍も華やかさや理想の住まいに大変身いたします。
明日から、図面とプラン・お見積り作成に入りますが、やはりその物件にお住まいになるのか賃貸を付けるのかで大きく仕様と金額が変わってきますね。そこをわかりやすく表現できるのが3Dパースで、弊社3Dデザイナーも一流ですので、デザインだけでも作ってほしいなどございましたら弊社にお問い合わせください。（デザインパースは有料になります）
